HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1: Choose which habit youd like to build first

You can watch a quick 1-minute animation to preview each habit so you understand exactly what youll be learning and doing.

Step 2: Begin your fully-guided habit journey

Each initial habit journey is 66-days long.

Those 66 days are split into 3 distinct phases associated with the habit-building process.

For each individual habit, on a daily basis, youll get:
- A bite-sized, golden nugget of content that comes in the form of Pro-Tips, Daily Challenges, Food For Thought, Recommended Resources, Success Stories, Affirmations, and more.
- Youll plan daily goals and decide how youre going to follow-through on those goals for each habit you choose to add.
- Youll track how each day went with guided prompts to help you evaluate whats working, what isnt, and how you can further improve.

Step 3: Keep track of essential statistics and earn badges.

Stats/Badges:

For each specific habit, the app will track essential metrics related to your progress with the habit so you can get a visual look at your behavior and how youre improving.
The app will also track general statistics about your entire self-improvement journey.
To make the process as fun and engaging as possible, youll also be earning badges as for a variety of different behaviors within the app.

Terms:
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
